Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours of receipt of payment.

For international customers please bear in mind that while it is rare that additional local taxes are charged, should this be the case these will be your responsibility to settle. trackinapack is not able to make any payment on your behalf and this may cause a delay in the delivery of your order.

Returns

In the event that you are not completely satisfied with your trackinapack device, you may return the device to us within 30 days from the date of record of your purchase for a refund, subject to the terms and conditions below.

You must return the device in its original packaging and with all accessories included with it. The device and the accessories must be in their original condition. You must include an original receipt as proof of your purchase. We must receive your returned device within thirty days of the date of purchase.

1. Provide your details and proof of purchase

2. We will provide a return authorisation number (This must be included with your returned item)

3. We will track, log and credit you where appropriate subject to a 15% restocking fee
